Zero Balancing
Zero Balancing (ZB) is a gentle and effective body-mind therapy that
uses touch to balance the body's structure and energy.
During a 30-45 minute session, the applies gentle traction
and finger pressure on areas of tension in the bones, joints, and soft tissue.
By creating points of balance, or fulcrums, the body
can relax and reorganize, resulting in a sense of ease and well-being.
ZB techniques include gentle lifting, pressing, rotating,
and stretching of different body parts, with a focus on bones and joints.
